Claire Davidson

In 2017 I became a certified 200hr Hatha Yoga Instructor, I completed this training not to be a teacher, but to allow deep healing to occur after the loss of my soulmate, my husband of 23 years.  

 

In 2020 I took my first ever Yin Yoga class as a student and fell in love with the practice.  I decided to do my studies in Yin Yoga and became a qualified teacher that same year. 

 

I am now on the way to completing my Yoga Nidra studies which will enable me to guide students through a deep guided meditation in a safe way.  

 

I am very passionate about connecting people back to their breath, body, mind and spirit.    

 

In this world that we live in, we have forgotten how to slow down and just “be” Through Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra it is my hope that you will slow down enough that you hear the true callings of your soul.
