Hi, I'm Tash, I'm an experience yoga and Pilates instructor based in FNQ. I'm passionate about teaching movement and mindfulness tools that help people of all ages. My mission is to empower both children and adults, equipping them with valuable life skills such as resilience, confidence, self-regulation, and enhanced attention spans. These tools are instrumental in managing stress and reducing anxiety, ultimately contributing to a healthier and more balanced life.
Yoga, in my view, is a holistic practice that beautifully combines the three essential components of mind, body, and breath. Through this fusion, it offers not only physical strength but also emotional release and a profound sense of grounding. I've personally experienced the healing and tranquility that yoga can bring, and my goal is to cultivate these same deep benefits in others.
Pilates, on the other hand, complements the Yin of yoga with its Yang. It's a fantastic low-impact workout that focuses on building strength and balance in the body. After a Pilates session with me, you'll leave feeling both stretched and strong.
I’ve had the pleasure of teaching yoga and Pilates full time for over two years now. During this time, I've had the wonderful opportunity to instruct individuals ranging from children as young as 18 months to adults well into their 80s. These practices are remarkably versatile and accommodating, making them accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds.
I offer a diverse range of services, including classes, workshops, events, and special occasions. Whether it's corporate events, bridal showers, or birthday parties, I specialise in crafting a memorable experience specific to your needs.
